You will be speaking to our valued existing customers, identifying and presenting opportunities and cross-selling to drive company revenue. We need people who want to exceed targets and are driven to succeed. People who can adapt to change and think outside of the box. If you can tailor conversations from transactional to consultative depending on your customer and have the ability to handle any objections and close sales, this is the role for you!

Hybrid role - 3 days in office, 2 days at home

Key Responsibilities

  • Previous Sales experience preferable in B2B, preferably in an Outbound environment.
  • Ability to manage own time effectively but also work towards multiple KPI’s.
  • Ability to demonstrate resilience and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Strong communication skills and experience closing Sales/Deals and generating revenue including cross sales.
  • Have a natural talent to flex your style and conversation giving a tailored approach to our valued customers – Transactional and Consultative approach.
  • Excellent customer service skills including influencer and have the ability to engage Key decision makers.
  • Ability to work to individual and team targets and be self-motivated with aspirations of High Performance within Sage Sales Small Business Department.
  • Be ambitious about your Target achievements and Personal Performance within Sage.
