We are seeking a Marketing Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract, focused on the accountant and bookkeeper segments.

Job Description

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will own and drive the \”In-life\” marketing strategy, aiming to deepen engagement, increase product adoption, and maximize ARR through targeted marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns that add long-term value.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Develop and execute the in-life marketing strategy aligned with product roadmaps and KPIs.
  2. Drive engagement, usage, and upsell opportunities leveraging marketing technology and data.
  3. Lead the in-life marketing team, including campaign managers and apprentices.
  4. Manage all communications to existing accountants and bookkeepers, ensuring high standards and consistency.
  5. Coordinate content development and data segmentation for targeted campaigns.
  6. Monitor and report on campaign performance, optimizing strategies accordingly.
  7. Manage budgets, track activities, and forecast metrics.
