Job Title: Insight Analyst, Strategic Business Initiatives
Job Description: The Strategic Business Initiatives Analyst will lead the curation of the Strategic OKR dashboard, ensuring accurate reporting and alignment across functions within Sage. The role supports projects such as identifying revenue opportunities and conducting commercial modelling. It involves high-level interaction with business leaders, providing insights and recommendations based on data. The work has tangible business impacts and is regularly reviewed by the Executive Leadership Team and Board. This position is hybrid, requiring three days per week in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation of the Strategic OKR Dashboard monthly, ensuring data completeness and alignment with regional teams and finance. Provide insights on performance versus budgets and prior periods.
- Collaborate with finance and regional teams to enhance data accuracy and develop new performance measurement methods aligned with industry standards.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations; communicate key findings and performance metrics to RTR leaders.
- Support business initiatives through opportunity sizing of new strategies and focus areas within existing and new markets. Offer data analytics and recommendations based on key products and customers.
- Assist in creating presentations and white papers for senior leadership.
- Build strong relationships with key teams such as commercial operations, finance, RTR growth, and marketing.
