Accountable for client delivery success working with multiple layers of a client organisation. Primary liaison between a client and Sagacity, ensuring that clients receive the necessary resource, support, expertise and benefit from excellent customer service.

Responsible for providing consulting to support internal and client projects based on demand; extremely strong client-facing and teamwork skills including Project Management, Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Change Management and Strategy.

Where you are the Client Lead, you will be accountable for understanding the holistic view of all agreed client deliverables and prospective initiatives, ensuring familiarity with all Statements of Work / Change Requests and linking these to similar initiatives with other Client Leads within Sagacity.

Responsible for leading large client delivery teams and owning client relationships from a delivery perspective including but not limited to:

  • Using problem-solving skills to develop creative solutions to meet the challenges our client is facing.
  • Management of key stakeholder relationships, project meetings / working groups, steering meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews (where appropriate).
  • Pack preparation including content creation for key meetings (meeting minutes / outputs produced in a timely manner in line with client agreements).
  • Influencing and facilitating decisions; communicating at all levels to obtain 'buy-in' from both the business and technical organisations for delivery.
  • Identifying roadblocks before they occur and unblocking / turning them into opportunities.
  • Always questioning the 'why, what, when' and 'so what' – adding additional value to a client deliverable wherever possible.
  • Understanding Business Cases and being able to interrogate / question results, drawing on the insights on the project scope and objectives.
  • Conducting detailed planning and ongoing management of the project plan to deliver the client’s requirements within the agreed timeframe.
  • Proactively identifying, communicating and problem solving to mitigate client delivery risks and issues.
  • Ensuring resource is utilised in accordance with the resource plans and project budgets and aligned with approved timesheets and client invoices.
  • Budget Management skills (forecast v actual, Capex, Opex).
  • Managing Scope effectively; controlling new scope / scope creep, including alignment with commercials agreed with the client.
  • Understanding of how the client deliverable fits into the 'bigger picture' and / or Strategy of a client organisation, where appropriate.
  • Reporting of deliverable status, ensuring accuracy of updates, with messaging targeted to appropriate audiences.
  • Being detail orientated, providing quality assurance to deliverables such as reviewing documentation produced by a team member, ensuring communication to clients is using the appropriate language aimed at the right level for stakeholders.
  • Proficient at delegating, where appropriate.
  • Line Management responsibilities including recruitment, performance management and supporting, nurturing and optimising talent with direct reports, encouraging innovation and creativity.
  • Responsible for identifying and submitting client development opportunities to the Sagacity Commercial Product Management team, to support increased sales opportunities contributing to the growth and future success of Sagacity.
  • Take the lead where required on commercial discussions, business development work and thought leadership.
  • Responsible for providing support to the Sagacity Customer Engagement and Client Services Teams regarding the scoping and detailed planning of new assignments.
  • Responsible for providing detailed customer insights to the wider Sagacity team to support the ongoing evolution of the product suite and commercial proposition development.
  • Responsible and highly proficient in ongoing management, coaching and support of the wider client facing delivery team members.
  • Responsible for evolving self-knowledge of key delivery skills to understand the latest industry/client news, delivery approaches and methodologies.
