Hybrid - Monthly travel will be involved to our offices in either London or Folkestone.
Following Saga's recent announcement to partner with Ageas in early 2026, you will be responsible for supporting the overall Marketing transition plan working alongside our new partner. Saga Insurance is embarking on an exciting new partnership with Ageas to offer Car & Home insurance. To prepare for this, there is a programme of work across the next twelve months that needs to be supported within the Insurance Marketing team. This role will focus on the development of digital journeys, including new journeys, integration of existing journeys and supporting the data workstream ensuring we are able to deliver the required elements to support the launch of the partnership. This role will be standalone but work closely with the wider Ecommerce & CRO team as well as facing into other teams across the business including IT & Change, Enterprise & Ageas.
We need you to have experience in an eCommerce, project management or digital product role where you champion the user experience every day. Experience within digital project and or product management, working within a fast-paced, scrum environment, demonstrating strong stakeholder management, collaboration and presentation skills to drive performance and innovation will be required in this role.
Role Responsibility
- Lead the day-to-day requirements of the Marketing deliverables for the Ageas partnership launch across Digital.
- Ensure the on-time delivery of all marketing requirements, to support the wider Programme team in delivering the project to time, within budget.
- Prioritise and maintain the Marketing development requirements/backlog, ensuring the Ecommerce & CRO Manager is fully briefed on all aspects of the project.
- Review all changes to identify impact to Marketing and ensure they meet requirements, working closely with wider teams across the business to balance multiple deliverables.
- Coordinate with IT to ensure smooth execution of project timeline.
- Handling and coordinating approvals from stakeholders in line with internal processes.
