We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager with deep crypto experience to own and scale our go-to-market and events strategy. You’ll be at the forefront of shaping how token issuers — from governance tokens and stablecoins to RWAs — think about onchain liquidity.This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of partnerships, content, brand and event execution.
What You’ll Do
- Events Strategy & Execution
- Design and execute Arrakis’ global events strategy in the vertical of DeFi, onchain liquidity, RWAs, stabelcoins and more
- Plan side-events, panels, and hackathon presence at major conferences (ETHGlobal, Devconnect, TOKEN2049, etc.)
- Coordinate with token issuers to co-host or amplify ecosystem events around liquidity topics
- Content & GTM Coordination
- Collaborate with BD, product, and engineering to shape the content roadmap
- Coordinate content rollouts (blogs, case studies, strategy explainers) with partners and influencers for maximum reach
- Drive distribution campaigns across social, newsletter, podcast, and video formats
- Partner Amplification & Ecosystem Marketing
- Work directly with protocol partners (e.g. Maple, Gnosis, Ondo, etc.) to co-market new liquidity strategies
- Create BD enablement materials that help drive adoption of Arrakis strategies by treasuries and DAO decision-makers
- Have 2–5 years of experience in crypto marketing , ideally in DeFi
- Are a strong communicator and project manager , with proven ability to own multi-channel campaigns end to end
- Have experience managing or co-hosting IRL and virtual events in crypto
- Have experience in B2B Marketing, especially institutional.
- Are plugged into the latest trends around onchain liquidity, stablecoins, RWAs, and institutional adoption
- Have experience working across design, content, BD, and product teams
