Its an exciting time to join Saga as we continue to modernise and strengthen our Insurance business, were investing heavily in smart automation, innovative technology and brilliant people. Were now looking for an Automation Manager to shape and lead our operational automation and robotics agenda a newly created role with real influence, visibility and impact.
In this role, youll sit at the heart of our transformation journey, partnering with senior leaders to design and deliver automation solutions that improve customer outcomes, drive efficiency and reduce risk. Youll combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, leading talented operational teams while working with cutting-edge technologies to help Saga deliver on its long-term ambitions.

We work in a hybrid way at Saga both at home and in the office. Your main office will be situated in Folkestone, where you be required for regular visits as well as occasional visits to London.
