This opportunity offers the flexibility to provide services in both an outpatient pediatric clinic and community-based Early Intervention settings while making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families.

Responsibilities
- Provide engaging, play-based physical therapy services to pediatric patients
- Evaluate and treat children with developmental delays, mobility challenges, and physical disabilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's unique needs
- Improve gross motor development, strength, balance, coordination, and functional mobility
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to support treatment goals
- Educate caregivers on strategies to reinforce progress at home and within daily routines
- Maintain accurate documentation and monitor patient progress while adjusting treatment plans as needed
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain)
- Pediatric and/or Early Intervention experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
- Reliable transportation for community-based visits when needed
