We are looking for passionate individuals to join our Supply Chain team as a Supply Chain Analyst at our Wolverhampton site. Your Role
As a Supply Chain Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, insight-driven supply chain analytics that support strategic and operational decision-making across the business. You will be responsible for the consistency and development of core supply chain reporting, translating complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for a wide range of stakeholders. Using tools such as Power BI and Tableau, you will have ownership of projects, creating intuitive dashboards and analyses that support performance management and cost control.
Responsibilities include:
- Responsibility for the end-to-end analysis and data management of core Supply Chain metrics, including business savings/headwinds, supplier delivery performance and supplier quality
- Condense large-scale Supply Chain analysis and present results to stakeholders at all levels of the business
- Accountable for de-risking and improving current reporting processes, maintaining data integrity through mistake proofing with necessary checks and measures, and actively increasing automation of reporting processes
- Assess and articulate the financial impact of supply chain activities
- Provide an agreed format of data analysis to drive evidence-based decision making for the customer
- Proactively identify options for potential improvement solutions within the business, both in the Analyst function and other Supply Chain departments and assessing them for technical & business suitability
- Liaise extensively with external or internal customers on all aspects of reporting
What You’ll Bring
Essential
- Analytically skilled with the ability to interpret, challenge, and explain large and complex data sets
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to assess and articulate the financial impact of supply chain activities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to present analysis to all levels of the organisation
Desirable
- Degree-level qualification in Business, Data Analytics, or other related discipline
- Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems
- Experience in automating or improving reporting processes within a supply chain or operational environment
