You will provide effective and efficient support to Actuation Systems' Aftermarket, in offering and supporting customers with products that are delivered on time, to the correct quality in a safe manner. By combining human and technological intelligence, the company develops products and services for both civil and military customers, operating on land, at sea, in the air and in space. Act as the contractual focal point for the Aftermarket business, providing guidance on commercial risk, compliance and contractual obligations. *Lead customer contract negotiations, ensuring commercially sound outcomes while maintaining strong customer relationships. *Review and manage contract-related claims, disputes and change requests, providing practical solutions. *Mentor and support Contracts Officers, promoting best practice and continuous development across the Contracts function. Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience, or 7 years' relevant experience in the absence of a degree. * Proven experience in contract drafting, negotiation and contract management within an aerospace or highly regulated environment. * Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify, assess and mitigate contractual risks. * Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills. * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop practical commercial solutions. Experience mentoring, coaching or developing Contracts Officers or junior team members. * Legal qualifications or experience gained within a legal or commercial contracts environment. *
