The predicted salary is between 40500 - 49500 Β£ per year.

To develop and implement the Company's Learning and Skills Development Strategy aligned to business objectives.

To partner with Operational Managers to identify capability requirements and develop workforce development plans.

To manage the Learning and Development budget, ensuring effective planning, governance and value for money.

To manage the Apprenticeship Levy budget, ensuring maximum utilisation of available funding.

To manage the Manufacturing regional, business, short, medium and long-range commercial aircraft.

Our expertise covers nacelle design, manufacturing, integration, maintenance and services.

Our site in Burnley provides employment to almost 700 people and we are proud to be one of the largest private sector employers in Burnley.

Your Role The role holder will work closely with Senior Managers, Operational Leaders, HR colleagues, Safran University and external learning providers to develop effective people capability strategies that support business objectives.

The role holder will contribute to the shaping of the broader HR functional plans, ensuring learning, organisational capability and workforce development requirements are effectively considered.
