Job Description:
- Review the existing Safran Nacelles Group direct workforce development programme to design one for the UK speaking sites.
- Lead collaboration with other Safran Nacelles colleagues.
- Co-ordinate all activities to deploy the programme.
- Project 2 – Inclusion & Diversity Strategy - Fly Together: Develop the deployment of the Safran UK Inclusion and Diversity strategy on the Burnley site.
- Ensure training is deployed for all managers and colleagues by the end of the year.
- Support communication of chosen key events throughout the year.
- Support the HR department in delivering departmental objectives, including:
- The career management and talent development processes for the site.
- Improvement projects such as 5S activity, idea generation, and carbon reduction.
- Support with any additional ad hoc projects as may be required by the HR department.
- Day-to-day operational HR activities.
- Identify & escalate any risks or concerns in relation to product or people safety using the company tools & processes.
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge: Human Resources related Degree / HND, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Project management and process improvement skills.
Skills & Qualities:
- Experience of complex problem solving and the delivery of improvement projects.
- Work with line managers / Senior Managers.
- Represent Nacelles Limited by contributing and interacting with HR teams within the group.
