  • Lead retrospective APQP reviews to assess supplier product and process performance post-launch.
  • Drive root cause analysis and ensure sustainable corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
  • Evaluate and develop supplier quality systems using tools such as FMEA, PPAP, MSA, Control Plans, 8D, and SPC.
  • Conduct supplier process audits, capability studies, and performance assessments to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Support change control processes and ensure all supplier changes meet quality and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Engineering, Operations) to align supplier quality initiatives with business objectives.
  • Support supplier onboarding, qualification, and risk mitigation activities.
  • Maintain documentation and metrics to track supplier performance and drive accountability.
  • Conduct audits for QMS compliance.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable skills:

  • Hands-on experience with retrospective quality improvement projects and process validation.
  • Good ability to read engineering drawings.
  • Experience with ISO 9001, AS9100, or similar standards.
