Your Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team where you will drive complex industrialisation projects for a global leading aerospace organisation. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth transitions and readiness from our suppliers, working at the crossroads of innovation and operational execution. Your contribution will help shape the ongoing success and excellence of Safran's industry-leading landing gear and braking systems.
- Lead end-to-end industrial transfer, industrialisation, and REACh compliance projects according to Safran's processes, timelines, and quality standards
- Coordinate and influence cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain) to deliver project objectives and milestones
- Manage and control project schedules and risks, ensuring proactive escalation and swift issue resolution
- Oversee supplier performance during industrial transfers, maintaining continuity of supply, quality, and cost control
- Analyse data and produce clear project reports and dashboards, providing visibility of progress to senior management
- Support continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and implementing corrective actions
