Safran Helicopter Engines UK is looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead operations at our European Maintenance Centre Hub. The Maintenance Manager holds full operational leadership for Safran Helicopter Engines UK's European Maintenance Centre Hub. The role ensures that all engine maintenance activities - including Pre Induction, Civil and Military Maintenance Centres, and off site interventions - are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

  • Lead day to day EMCH operations and deliver against Safety, Quality, Cost, Productivity and TAT targets
  • Plan and balance workload, capacity and production across PI, MCC and MCM
  • Manage subcontracted activity and drive weekly/monthly performance reporting
  • Develop, coach and grow a high performing team; maintain skills and competency matrices
  • Champion QRQC and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure full compliance with HSE and EASA Part 145 requirements
  • Act as EMCH ambassador with customers and global Safran Maintenance Centres
  • Manage budgets, KPIs and corrective actions
  • Support customer crises and co host the annual EMCH Seminar
