The Program Quality Engineer is a customer facing role representing the quality department within the business and linking into the industrial sites. You'll act as the Quality representative within the Gloucester facility for one of our flagship programs, and deputise for the Program Quality Manager when required.

Lead cross-functional quality investigations including root cause analysis, immediate containment, corrective and preventative actions within challenging timescale.
Analyse / Prepare Monthly FAL data for Reporting.
Liaise with internal functions to undertake Quality Improvement activities to increase customer satisfaction and business targets.
Ensure compliance to regulatory requirements, specifications and contractual requirements.
Technical Qualification: Apprenticeship, HNC or degree.
Knowledge: Knowledge of aerospace products and procedures (other industries will be considered), demonstrable knowledge and application of Quality tools, knowledge of aerospace processes, understanding of aerospace QMS & regulatory requirements.
French language skills (desirable).
