We are seeking a proactive and data-driven Purchasing Data Analyst to support the Purchasing function through robust data management, reporting, and continuous improvement activities. This role will play a key part in driving data quality, developing performance insights, supporting digital transformation initiatives, and enhancing Purchasing processes across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and analyse Purchasing KPIs and performance dashboards covering Quality, Cost, Delivery, and operational metrics.
- Create and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Act as the Purchasing focal point for ERP data, processes, and data quality management.
- Work closely with data owners and stakeholders to improve data governance, accuracy, and consistency across Purchasing systems.
- Support the implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation opportunities within Purchasing processes and reporting.
- Manage and maintain Power BI and Power Platform applications to drive business efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Serve as the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) subject matter expert, supporting users, delivering training, and coordinating PRA activities.

Essential:
- Computer literate with MS Office Software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), MS Outlook, MRP Systems
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Ability to establish good working relationships across departments and with supplier representatives at all levels
- Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills
Desirable:
- Engineering Degree
- Team Management / Leadership skills
- Read and understand engineering drawings
- Knowledge of Purchasing activity within a manufacturing environment
