Your role: Safran Landing Systems MRO are seeking a passionate Continuous Improvement Engineer to support the delivery of projects across our organisation. This role collaborates closely with multiple departments to enhance production and support processes, ensuring they align with business needs and growth objectives.

Key responsibilities:

  • Identify, prioritise, and monitor progress on improvement projects; track and report results using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Ensure solutions from completed projects are embedded and sustained, driving lasting change.
  • Actively engage with internal peers and across the Safran group to ensure best practice implementation.
  • Use agreed metrics to validate project requirements and make resource recommendations.
  • Support the Continuous Improvement and Process Engineering Lead in cultivating and sustaining a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Drive operational performance enhancement through structured problem-solving methodologies (PDCA, DMAIC).
  • Develop and maintain strong cross-functional relationships to collaboratively drive improvement programmes.
  • Manage and implement projects effectively to deliver measurable outcomes.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience delivering, monitoring, and reporting on continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Green Belt qualification and/or certification.
  • Ability to ensure solutions are fully embedded and sustained long-term.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite, especially Excel for data analysis.
  • Innovative mindset with ability to explore and implement creative solutions.
  • Fluent in English.
