Your Role:
Join our Manufacturing Engineering team and play a key role in supporting new product introduction, process improvement, and production operations. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, quality, and delivery performance while helping drive lean manufacturing and digitalisation initiatives across the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support new product introductions and production activities.
* Assist with process improvement and cost reduction projects.
* Contribute to equipment and tooling development initiatives.
* Participate in design reviews and continuous improvement activities.
* Support PFMEAs, process validation, and PPAP activities.
* Assist with root cause investigations and problem-solving exercises.
* Track project progress and provide updates to stakeholders.
* Drive quality, efficiency, and lead-time improvements using lean principles.
* Support non-conformance activities and rework instruction creation.
* Help implement digital and paperless manufacturing solutions.
