We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in supporting new business acquisition activities by coordinating bids, proposals, and RFQs, ensuring accurate and competitive customer submissions.
About the Role: This role will support the Sales team for Bids Management and RFQs. Using commercial understanding of costing and pricing and coordination of multifunctional inputs for proposal reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support and coordination for 'New Business Acquisition,' including funded project opportunities and day to day RFQs.
- Support the Sales team in Bidding Activities (i.e. Bids Management) for all opportunities.
- Act as the focal point for support to all Sales Directors / Managers (regardless of location) for bids.
- Support the completion of review packs with the relevant departments to capture the requirements of the deliverables in S0-S2 process gates.
- Ensure the successful use by the wider team of sales Tools (e.g. CRM).
- Collate all necessary documentation and upload cost prices on ERP system.
- Construct cost prices for the recommended spares parts list (RSPL) for aircraft entry into service.
- Use in house systems to produce robust cost files for aftermarket manufactured parts.
- To upload all data defined in M3 per aftermarket requirements and ensure data integrity.
- Extract and analyse bills of materials (BOMs) verify and check routings.
- Liaise with the Engineering team to ensure good housekeeping of BOM's and routes.
- Raise internal RFQs to obtain valid cost prices for purchased parts via the Strategic Purchasing team.
- Identify risk elements i.e. signal codes, tooling costs etc. to minimise the business risk.
- Liaise with the relevant departments to obtain information for accurate costings.
- Analyse the make versus buy option to maximise in house production capabilities.

- Confident, with the ability to work and liaise across the business departments, including the Executive team.
- Excellent organization skills with the ability to plan and consistently achieve challenging deadlines.
- Technical awareness.
- Clear understanding of Processes & Continuous Improvement.
- Competent user of MS Office packages.

- Experience in providing programme support.
