Your Role
As an MPS Planner, you will manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for a defined module at Safran Electrical & Power, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and inventory targets. You will be part of a dynamic team, collaborating cross-functionally with operations, procurement, and other internal stakeholders, influencing and driving teams to achieve strong delivery performance. You will play a pivotal role in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, supporting business reviews, and providing analytical insights to improve overall module performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain an achievable Master Production Schedule to meet customer and inventory requirements
- Analyse capacity and load, flagging discrepancies and recommending actions
- Ensure that S&OP data is incorporated into the ERPs system and the MPS capacity model
- Drive on-time delivery (OTD) and communicate progress effectively
- Maintain and improve master data accuracy on SAP
- Build and maintain strong relationships cross-functionally with Procurement and Operations teams
- Daily contact with Operations Manager & Operations Leads to ensure schedule is running to plan
