We are looking for passionate individuals to join our Manufacturing Engineering team as a New Product Introduction Engineer at our Wolverhampton site.
Your Role:
- You will lead the manufacturing planning & implementation of new products and their associated production facilities and processes, working throughout the NPI project/programme lifecycle from initial design stages through to facility implementation, process validation and full production ramp-up.
- Acting as a key interface across Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations, you will play a key leadership role in achieving manufacturing programme deliverables & successful project outcomes.
- Apply Systems Engineering V-model principles to define the manufacturing system requirements and influence product design & development through DFx, Lean Manufacturing and APQP methodologies.
- You will own the design, development and validation of manufacturing processes, including PFMEA, control plans, process simulation & verification, pilot build validation, and production readiness reviews.

What You'll Bring:
- Degree or apprenticeship in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Product Design / Product Development or a related field
- Strong experience in NPI and full product lifecycle industrialisation
- Proven track record of successfully introducing new products & processes into production
- Strong knowledge of the principles of Lean Manufacturing, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, DFx & other best practices
- Ability to influence design and work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
