We are looking for passionate individuals to join our Maintenance Data team as a GOLDesp Data Co-ordinator at our UK Military Maintenance Centre site.

Your Role:

  • As a GOLDesp Data Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the RTM322 engine repair programme for the UK Ministry of Defence, ensuring that all maintenance data is accurately recorded and maintained within the GOLDesp system - the digital logbook for each engine and its components.
  • You will be responsible for creating, updating, and validating engine and component data following repair activities performed both on-site and at partner facilities in France.
  • This includes capturing all maintenance events such as component replacements, modifications, service bulletins, and tracking life-limited parts to ensure full compliance with airworthiness regulations and maintenance authority requirements.
  • You will carry out quality assurance checks on all assets created or updated within GOLDesp, ensuring that data integrity is consistently maintained.
  • The role also involves processing and converting asset data from GOLDesp and log cards, as well as scanning and archiving documentation to maintain complete and accurate records.
  • In addition, you will conduct investigations into RTM322 asset life anomalies, using available data sources to identify discrepancies and support corrective actions.
  • You will work closely with technicians and internal stakeholders to ensure that all recorded data accurately reflects the physical status and configuration of each engine.
