Our UK facility is the European Maintenance Centre Hub for the SHE Group, performing level 1 to level 3 maintenance and repairs on complex helicopter engine components. Our experienced teams partner with our broad, global customer base, providing both technical expertise and broader support in both the fixed wing and rotary wing markets. Located in Fareham on the South Coast of the UK, the facility serves as an essential hub in the SAFRAN Helicopter Engines Group.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily and weekly work plan through the ERP system to keep operations running seamlessly.
  • Support picking and kitting activities, ensuring accurate material movements and real-time updates in the ERP system.
  • Ensure full compliance with shelf‑life controls, monitoring expiry dates and maintaining accurate stock integrity in the ERP.
  • Contribute to inventory accuracy by carrying out cycle counts and processing results through the system.
  • Participate in 5S and continuous improvement initiatives, helping to maintain an organised and efficient workspace.
  • Build strong working relationships with key internal customers to support operational needs.
  • Ensure full adherence to all Quality and HSE procedures, promoting a safe and compliant work environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a Warehouse, Stores, or Logistics environment is beneficial.
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Responsive, methodical, and well‑organised.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, with regular interaction expected across teams (Manufacturing, Planning, Maintenance).
  • High level of attention to detail.
