What does the role look like? Our Human Resources Graduate Programme is an exciting opportunity to develop your HR career within a global aerospace business. Over three years, you’ll gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of HR, building the skills, confidence, and commercial awareness to become a future HR professional at Safran. Based in Wolverhampton, you’ll rotate across core HR functions including Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Learning & Development, and Inclusion & Engagement. You’ll work closely with business leaders, managers, and employees to deliver exceptional HR support while contributing to a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture. You’ll also have the chance to lead on HR projects, support engagement and wellbeing initiatives, and work on real challenges that make a difference to our people and organisation. What will your day-to-day responsibilities look like? * Providing day-to-day HR advice and guidance on topics including attendance, absence, and policies. * Supporting employee relations activity including investigations, meetings, and union engagement. * Assisting with onboarding and induction for new employees, ensuring a smooth start. * Maintaining HR systems and employee records accurately and confidentially. * Supporting engagement, DE&I, and wellbeing projects. * Coordinating performance management and employee feedback processes. * Assisting with talent acquisition activities such as CV screening and interview coordination. * Building relationships with leaders and employees across the business. * Staying up to date with employment legislation and HR best practice. What will you bring to the role? Essential skills: * A recent graduate (or final-year student) with a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline. * Passion for people and a genuine interest in HR as a career. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity. Desirable skills: * Previous HR, recruitment, or administrative experience (placement or internship). * Understanding of UK employment law and HR processes. * Experience supporting engagement or wellbeing initiatives. Hiring teams will review these and select candidates for the next stage. 4. Assessment Centre – Onsite in Wolverhampton (December 2025) – Includes an interview, presentation, and group tasks. You’ll also meet the hiring team and gain a deeper understanding of the role and expectations. 5.
