Reporting to the Regional CIO, the IS Coordinator will provide key administrative and coordination support across the IT/IS function, working with senior leaders and teams across the UK & Asia Region.
Responsibilities will include managing meetings, travel, reporting, purchasing, budgets, communications and supporting departmental projects.
The role will play a key part in supporting IS governance, compliance and continuous improvement across the UK & Asia Region, including internal controls, risk management and the IS Mid-Term Plan.
Working closely with the Global CIO Office, the IS Coordinator will help drive alignment with Safran Group's IS strategy, support regional initiatives and contribute to the delivery of key business priorities.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Regional CIO, Global CIO Office and senior IS leadership
- Manage diaries, meetings, travel, workshops, presentations, reports and departmental communications
- Support budget preparation, tracking and reporting, including the IS Mid-Term Plan (MTP)
- Process purchasing requisitions, invoices and goods receipts through SAP
- Coordinate information and reporting across IS teams and sites throughout the UK & Asia Region
- Maintain and coordinate internal controls, risk registers, audits, 5S and 9100 compliance activities
- Support Global CIO initiatives, including, Cyberweek and wider IS communications
- Develop and maintain IS procedures, documentation and process information
- Coordinate internal and external correspondence and regional communications
- Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives as directed by the Regional CIO
Requirements and Experience
- Relevant administrative experience.
- Strong organisational, time management and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively and confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
Desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Teams, Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Share Point and One Drive; knowledge of Visio and Yammer is advantageous.
- Experience using SAP or another ERP system and travel booking tools such as Concur.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, complex environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage ambiguity.
- Resilient, professional and diplomatic, with the ability to work independently, exercise discretion and influence or challenge effectively when required.
