About the Role
Based at our Actuation Systems headquarters in Wolverhampton, you'll join a Finance team that plays a critical role in supporting business performance and decision-making across the organisation.
During your 12-month placement, you'll gain exposure to a range of Finance activities including financial reporting, management accounting, financial control, auditing and business performance analysis. You'll work on real projects, collaborate with stakeholders across the business and develop a practical understanding of how Finance supports a complex global manufacturing organisation.
Supported by experienced colleagues and mentors, you'll build the skills, confidence and commercial awareness needed for a successful future career in Finance.
Responsibilities
- Assist with monthly financial control activities, including journal preparation and spreadsheet validation.
- Support the preparation of monthly management and financial accounts.
- Take ownership of assigned balance sheet reconciliations.
- Contribute to cost reduction initiatives and support financial reporting activities. xgikmsk
