We are looking for passionate individuals to join our Maintenance Data team as a GOLDesp Data Co-ordinator at our UK Military Maintenance Centre site.

Your Role

As a GOLDesp Data Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the RTM322 engine repair programme for the UK Ministry of Defence, ensuring that all maintenance data is accurately recorded and maintained within the GOLDesp system - the digital logbook for each engine and its components. You will be responsible for creating, updating, and validating engine and component data following repair activities performed both on-site and at partner facilities in France. This includes capturing all maintenance events such as component replacements, modifications, service bulletins, and tracking life-limited parts to ensure full compliance with airworthiness regulations and maintenance authority requirements.

You will carry out quality assurance checks on all assets created or updated within GOLDesp, ensuring that data integrity is consistently maintained. The role also involves processing and converting asset data from GOLDesp and log cards, as well as scanning and archiving documentation to maintain complete and accurate records. In addition, you will conduct investigations into RTM322 asset life anomalies, using available data sources to identify discrepancies and support corrective actions. You will work closely with technicians and internal stakeholders to ensure that all recorded data accurately reflects the physical status and configuration of each engine.

Looking after the people who make Safran great is our priority. We offer a range of flexible benefits designed to support you both in and out of work, including:

  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with extra days at key service milestones (5, 10, 20, 30, 40 years)
  • Flexitime with the chance to finish early on Fridays (role dependent)
  • Onsite amenities: free parking, canteen with subsidised lunch, barista coffee, bike storage, and showers
  • 7% company pension contribution from day one
  • Health Cash Plan after probation
  • Enhanced family friendly benefits (maternity, paternity), and employee assistance programme
  • Share purchase scheme after three months' service
  • Up to 5% annual bonus
  • Company sick pay
  • Access to a benefits portal: life assurance, cycle to work, retail discounts, healthcare, wellbeing, lifestyle benefits and more
  • Green Travel Scheme: earn points for sustainable commuting, redeemable for Amazon vouchers
  • Development opportunities through Safran University and internal training
  • Salary sacrifice schemes, including Cycle to Work and Octopus EV (after probation)
  • Involvement in sustainability, charity, volunteering, and networks including Diversity@Safran, Women@Safran, and our Men's Health Network
