About the role
Join our Quality team as a Quality Training Lead at our Pitstone site. As a Quality Training Lead at Safran Electrical & Power you will facilitate training for the Quality function of a world‑leading aerospace organisation, ensuring that operational staff have the competencies and knowledge required to perform at the appropriate level.
Your Role
- Issue authorisation for all operational employees' skills, demonstrating that the employees have the knowledge and competency required to work at the appropriate level.
- Organise and develop training programmes to meet specific training needs of the business.
- Manage the SKILL database on behalf of the Quality team, preparing, facilitating and monitoring training sessions relating to the business' regulatory requirements.
- Refresh the training material and content as required.
- Coordinate identified training needs to the Industrial Training Lead and HR L&D teams.
- Manage training budget for the Quality team, certifying staff and nominated post holders.
- Maintain in‑house training material, facilities and equipment.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience of training and delivering within a technical or manufacturing regulated industry – Essential.
- Working knowledge of learning management systems – Essential.
- Experience delivering training using a range of methods – Essential.
- Demonstrable coaching and facilitation skills – Essential.
- Knowledge of Quality methods and controls (e.g. ISO9001, AS/EN9100, CAA Part 21 J/G, FAA) – Desirable.
