Your Role
Lead the delivery of Safran's most complex and strategically significant engineering development programmes, providing direction across multiple projects, global teams and senior stakeholder groups. Partnering closely with the Project Chief Engineer, Programme Managers and executive leadership, you will drive programme performance, customer satisfaction and business outcomes while shaping best practice across the wider project management community.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and govern major engineering development programmes, ensuring delivery against performance, cost, quality, schedule and business objectives throughout the product lifecycle.
* Act as the senior programme interface for customers, partners, suppliers and executive stakeholders, building trusted relationships and driving successful programme outcomes.
* Define and execute programme delivery strategies, ensuring alignment between technical, industrial and commercial objectives across global teams.
* Drive achievement of development milestones, Non-Recurring Cost (NRC), Recurring Cost (RC) and risk-reduction targets while maintaining robust programme governance.
* Provide leadership to cross-functional, multi-site Integrated Programme Teams across engineering, industrialisation, procurement, quality and supply chain functions.
* Lead programme reviews, steering committees and key decision forums, providing clear recommendations and escalation paths for strategic issues and opportunities.
