What will I be doing?

  • Ensure salvageable items are collated efficiently.
  • Ensure all serviceable items are collated accurately and stored efficiently within the DC centre.
  • Coordinate scrap storage and disposal effectively.
  • Ensure all conformity requirements are satisfied when transferring parts between kits prior to onward release.
  • Provide accurate traceability information for each lifed item.
  • Manage new spares and production float stocks.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels through booking, loading, cycle counts and error file management, and confirmed picking activity.
  • Maintain records through efficient scanning, data transfer and system maintenance.
  • Collect parts from local suppliers and storage facilities.

Qualifications

  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Highly attuned attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Proven work experience within Stores / Picking.

Shift Pattern

This role will work rotating shifts, including Days, Lates and Nights.

Location

Gloucester – Distribution Centre Operative within the MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) team.
