Job Summary

Responsible for providing direction to PMO Ops Engineering, acting as a Subject Matter Expert within the Programme Management Office, and supporting the Engineering Managers in the following activities.

Scope of Responsibilities

  • Provide a compliant integrated framework of processes and tools to assist engineering managers with operational management.
  • Engage with PMO Ops resources to help Engineering Managers achieve commitments regarding delivery, costs, earned value management, risk management and quality.
  • Address and report any irregularities with regard to the program and project management reference system.
  • Recommend continuous process improvements and deployment of best practices.
  • Assist in decision‑making regarding programs, projects or business lines and stand in for an Engineering Manager on a temporary basis when needed.
  • Provide information and recommendations to support management, planning, resource allocation, financial data, risks, and opportunities.
  • Be proficient in data analytics.
  • Support across all SGB business functions related to programme delivery, including change management, risk management, financial governance, reporting, integrated planning and PMO functional activities.
