As Program Quality Engineer, you'll act as a quality interface and represent the Quality department by building and maintaining relationships of trust with customers.

Safran Seats is one of the world's leading manufacturers of aircraft seats, for both crew and passengers. 1 million Safran Seats-manufactured aircraft seats are currently in service with air fleets around the world.
As a member of the Programme Quality team, you'll communicate with and present information to all levels and cross functions in Safran Seats GB. You'll be a contributor towards customer liaison for in-development programmes and new programme introduction quality topics as required to support in-development programmes (UK / International).
- Implement quality actions to ensure that customer and Safran requirements are properly integrated into the program.
- Analyse customer requirements, establish and maintain quality deliverables by cascading them internally and to the supply chain through the program quality plan.
- Report to customers on compliance with their quality requirements.
- Implement a quality risk management plan for the program.
- Support the operational teams in the attainment of program QCD (quality, cost, delivery) performance targets.
Qualifications:
- HNC/HND or equivalent in an Engineering/Manufacturing related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience supporting Quality Assurance / APQP / DFM / D/PFMEA activities across multi-disciplinary programmes.
- Risk Analysis knowledge of management of HSE risks.
- Flight safety risk management.
- Competent communicator with an ability to establish trusted working relationships across all departments and with Customers.
