- Collaborate & Influence: Work in a cross-functional team (up to 20 people) including designers, engineers, suppliers, and Class-A modellers. Advocate for best design standards and manufacturing methods.
- Lead from Experience: Gather and share lessons and benchmarks, resolve design risks, and propose improvements based on robust analysis and customer-oriented thinking.
- Be the Customer Champion: Engage with customers to converge on expectations, conduct Perceived Quality (PQ) scorings, and ensure that every product touchpoint shines - visually, audibly, and tactilely.
- Promote Excellence: Share a Perceived Quality mindset across the team, participate in network meetings across Safran Seats, and drive continuous improvement.
