We are looking for passionate individuals to join our Human Resources team as a Communication & Engagement Executive at our Cwmbran site. As a Communication & Engagement Executive, you will play a key role in delivering internal and external communications, employee engagement initiatives, and corporate social responsibility activities that support our strategy and help make Safran Seats GB a great place to work. You will develop compelling content, manage communication channels, support events, and act as a brand ambassador, ensuring our messaging is clear, engaging and aligned with Safran's culture and values.
- Minimum two years' experience within internal/external communications or a related role
- Ability to work quickly and accurately to tight deadlines, producing high-quality written material with minimal input
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to create clear, engaging copy for different audiences and channels
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office, social media scheduling tools
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan, manage and prioritise multiple time-limited projects
