Safran Landing Systems UK Limited in Gloucester is offering an opportunity to join our Programs team as a Program Coordinator. This will be on a range of major programs for UK military platforms. You will be responsible for customer order and sales delivery management as part of an integrated program team and sales admin function.
- CUSTOMER ORDER MANAGEMENT
- Provide SAP support to Program Team
- Coordinate contract review process with the Commercial Team
- Be accountable for order entry and updates into SAP with high accuracy
- Launch production demand - follow progress and provide updates to Customers
- Manage Customer RFQ's with the Commercial Team within agreed response times
- Issue various forms of paperwork required for Customer systems
- Set up and update the Demand Plan in coordination with Program Managers
- Invoice Management - Manage invoices to any parties
- Follow status of payments and manage outstanding payments in coordination with Finance
- Orderbook Management - collaborate with Customers and manage information exchange
- Manage full lifecycle of customer returns
- Coordinate shipping activities and provide updates
- Coordinate communication on various topics within Customer base
- Interface with Customer Logistics
- Ensure On Time Delivery
- Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
- Coordinate change management process with all Safran functions
You will report to the Program Manager based in Gloucester. In addition, you will also coordinate with sales administrators to ensure sharing of best practices and consistent reporting across programs.
Essential:
- Strong computer literacy/skills including MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and problem solving.
- Ability to prioritise and adapt to rapidly changing demands.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Strong team player.
- Solid organisational skills.
- Able to achieve Baseline Security Clearance.
Desirable:
- SAP experience
- Experience with Material Requirement Planning (MRP) / Planning
- Experience within the Manufacturing Industry
- Experience within the Aerospace Industry
- French, German, Spanish or Italian languages
