Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the definition of the project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility of the plan.
- Through project & capacity planning, manage Manufacturing Engineers’ priorities and schedules taking into consideration business needs.
- Define, lead & chair a governance schedule to review & report all plans & action trackers, ensuring on‑time & on‑cost delivery, identifying & escalating risks where required.
- Coordinate and manage relationships with internal & external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication at all levels of the business.
- Sound understanding of technical documentation control.
- Proven competency in organising multi‑faceted documentation portfolios.
- Experience extracting data from mainstream electronic information systems.
- Good awareness of typical tooling/manufacturing engineering activities and associated data content.
- Demonstrable experience delivering tasks on time to support programme requirements.
- Promote product and process integrity through accurate and reliable information management.
- Work independently when supporting industrialisation processes.
- Proactively pursue process knowledge to evolve awareness of technical documentation.
- Effect change by influencing operational teams to adopt the developed lean foundations and ensure these are sustained at handover.
- Demonstrate a proactive, continuous‑improvement, solution‑focused mindset.
- Communicate in a concise, communicative, proactive, autonomous, thorough, methodical, perseverant, resilient, influential, and assertive manner.
