Key Responsibilities
- Data & Automation: Design, develop, and deploy automated KPI frameworks and performance dashboards. Build and optimise Power Automate workflows to streamline operational processes. Ensure seamless API integrations to connect systems and automate data flows.
- Business Intelligence & Reporting: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI (or equivalent BI tools). Transform data into clear, actionable insights to support decision‑making.
- Business Support & Use Cases: Collaborate with business teams to identify needs and translate them into data‑driven solutions. Contribute to the implementation and improvement of data management routines and processes.
- Project & Stakeholder Management: Support planning, coordination, and delivery of data‑related projects. Work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders (business, IT, management). Strengthen collaboration between French and international teams, ensuring alignment and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac+5) required – Engineering School, Business School, or University with a specialization in Data, Information Systems, or Project Management.
- Initial experience (internship or apprenticeship) in data analysis, automation, BI, or IT environments.
- Strong interest or hands‑on experience with Power Automate, Power BI, and advanced Excel.
- Knowledge of APIs, databases, or scripting (Python, VBA, etc.) is a strong advantage.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Fluent English is mandatory in a daily international environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast‑evolving environment.
