We are looking for passionate individuals to join our Engineering Product Support team as a Senior ILS Engineer at our Pitstone site in Buckinghamshire.

The Role:

  • Offer excellent support and service solutions to our customers in the aftermarket, optimising elements of the product design to enable the provision of complete support to our global customer base.
  • Support on various projects, producing and updating service support readiness plans.
  • Play a key role in influencing the commercial offering, optimising whole life costs.
  • Model and plan ILS work packages of varying sizes, leading small project teams of varying disciplines.

Desirable Experience:

  • A degree or significant experience in areas such as aerospace, engineering or automotive.
  • Knowledge and use of ILS, reliability and maintainability.
  • Comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Appreciation of the constraints of working within a regulated industry.
  • Ability to derive the best support solutions in a complete systems environment, thinking equally in both technical and commercial spaces.
  • Ability to persuade stakeholders to change approach when required, using data and analysis evidence bases.
  • Comfortable working with demanding customers to jointly define the best ways to support the business.
  • Evidence of written English at interview stage.
