We are looking for passionate individuals to join our Engineering Product Support team as a Senior ILS Engineer at our Pitstone site in Buckinghamshire.
The Role:
- Offer excellent support and service solutions to our customers in the aftermarket, optimising elements of the product design to enable the provision of complete support to our global customer base.
- Support on various projects, producing and updating service support readiness plans.
- Play a key role in influencing the commercial offering, optimising whole life costs.
- Model and plan ILS work packages of varying sizes, leading small project teams of varying disciplines.
Desirable Experience:
- A degree or significant experience in areas such as aerospace, engineering or automotive.
- Knowledge and use of ILS, reliability and maintainability.
- Comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
- Appreciation of the constraints of working within a regulated industry.
- Ability to derive the best support solutions in a complete systems environment, thinking equally in both technical and commercial spaces.
- Ability to persuade stakeholders to change approach when required, using data and analysis evidence bases.
- Comfortable working with demanding customers to jointly define the best ways to support the business.
- Evidence of written English at interview stage.
