We are looking for passionate individuals to join our Manufacturing Engineering team as a New Product Introduction Engineer at our Wolverhampton site. You will lead the manufacturing planning & implementation of new products and their associated production facilities and processes, working throughout the NPI project/programme lifecycle from initial design stages through to facility implementation, process validation and full production ramp-up, working closely with Design teams to influence product development decisions from the earliest stages of the programme.
- Acting as a key interface across Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations, and a key member of the Integrated Project Team (IPT), you will play a key leadership role in achieving manufacturing programme deliverables & successful project outcomes within a transforming and fast-paced environment.
