What will I be doing?
- To undertake all Disassembly/Clean/Detail inspection/visual inspection and associated activities within Accessories areas.
- Carry out activities in accordance with OEM manuals and work instructions.
- Disassembly/Clean/Detail/Visual Inspection of all other SHE Accessories MRO equipment, and all associated assembly activities in accordance with OEM manuals and work instructions.
- Ensure that products and services meet the requirements of customers, quality standards and airworthiness authorities.
- Work in accordance with HSE legislation, the Company Operating Systems, policies and procedures.
- Actively demonstrate the Company Values & Behaviours.
What do you need from me?
- Apprenticeship in Aerospace organisation or equivalent sector.
- Minimum of 3 years continuous experience in the MRO/Aerospace environment.
- MRO Detail inspection techniques and practices.
- Mechanical Assembly techniques and processes.
- Balancing theory (optional).
- Testing of components and assembled equipment (optional).
- 5s Improvements.
- Aerospace environment.
- MRO component Detail Inspection, Disassembly/assembly processes and practices.
- Component Testing Experience.
