Your Role:
- Provide proactive line side production support to ensure business demands are met by working closely with the Operations and Production Control team
- Provide support to quality investigations to find the root cause and corrective actions
- Highlight, plan and deliver continuous improvement activities within the value stream
- Apply tools such as PFMEA to reduce process risk and improve system performance
- Manage relationships with equipment suppliers and support make-vs-buy decisions
- Supporting Military Programmes
