Key Responsibilities To develop and implement the Company's Learning and Skills Development Strategy aligned to business objectives.
To partner with Operational Managers to identify capability requirements and develop workforce development plans.
To manage the Learning and Development budget, ensuring effective planning, governance and value for money.
To manage the Apprenticeship Levy budget, ensuring maximum utilisation of available funding.
