Your role: The Service Engineer trainee programme provides the knowledge, experience, and hands-on exposure required to deliver high-quality technical support to the UK MOD. You will learn to manage the technical interface with the customer, support frontline operations, and ensure compliance with safety and airworthiness regulations.

As you progress, you will develop the capability to:

  • Operate as a Military Business Service Engineer
  • Qualify as an RTM322 Field Support Representative
  • Provide resilience and onsite support at MOD Main Operating Bases (MOBs) when required

What You'll Bring

Essential:

  • Experience working within an engineering environment
