Your role
You'll be at the forefront of ensuring quality and compliance for our landing gear components.
From LRUs and sub-assemblies to complete Landing Gears, your expertise will guarantee that every product meets the highest standards.
Working within a collaborative team, you'll manage inspections from initial documentation through to EASA sign-off-helping us deliver excellence every time.
Key responsibilities
Inspect key products to confirm compliance with specifications and quality standards.
Act as a technical point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.
Evaluate and resolve non-conformities using sound technical judgment.
Support production schedules while maintaining rigorous quality standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce repeat non-conformances.
What you'll bring
Apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3 in a relevant discipline, plus extensive inspection experience (essential) Strong knowledge of quality systems and problem-solving techniques.
Ability to work independently and make informed decisions with confidence.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to coach and support others.
Adaptability and flexibility to work across multiple shift patterns, including weekends.
