Your Role: Join our Process Engineering team and help deliver world-class aerospace manufacturing. You'll provide technical expertise across special processes, ensuring quality, compliance, and continuous improvement while supporting new technologies, operational excellence, and the successful delivery of customer requirements. Key Responsibilities: * Provide technical support across aerospace special processes. * Ensure compliance with Nadcap, customer, and regulatory requirements. * Drive process improvement, capability, and operational efficiency. * Investigate process issues and implement effective corrective actions. * Support audits, accreditation activities, and quality initiatives. * Analyse test data to optimise process performance. * Maintain process documentation, specifications, and control plans. * Support new product introduction and industrialisation projects. * Collaborate with production, quality, customers, and suppliers. * Contribute to process innovation and technology development. What You'll Bring: * Experience within manufacturing, aerospace, or a regulated engineering environment. * Knowledge of Special Processes, ideally Heat Treatment and Shot Peening. * Understanding of Nadcap, AMS2750, and quality management systems. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Materials Science, or equivalent experience.
