We are looking for passionate individuals to join our Facilities team as a Maintenance Supervisor at our Wolverhampton site. Your Role

You will coordinate and prioritise planned and reactive maintenance activities through the CMMS system, manage maintenance resources, support KPI delivery and lead daily team communications. Working closely with production teams, suppliers and technical specialists, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives, support breakdown investigations and help implement long-term solutions that improve equipment performance and reliability. This role combines strong leadership responsibilities with hands-on technical involvement, making it ideal for someone who enjoys developing people, solving problems and driving operational excellence within a manufacturing environment.

Triage incoming Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) work orders to assign labour for reactive and planned tasks optimising the resource available. Conduct daily team meetings to gather data, address concerns, and keep performance visuals up to date. Review CMMS work orders with maintenance technicians, ensuring they have the tools and support to be effective in their roles. Provide seamless shift handovers and log critical updates. Perform hands-on maintenance duties matching your technical expertise when required. Assist the Equipment Performance team in breakdown investigations to identify permanent fixes and continuous improvement opportunities. Support the team in the procurement and tracking of maintenance and repair parts.

What You'll Bring

Essential

  • NVQ Level 3 and an ONC/HNC (or equivalent) in an engineering discipline
  • Experience using CMMS systems for work order management, maintenance planning, KPI tracking and reporting
  • Experience leading or managing a small team

Desirable

  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
  • Experience within an Aerospace or Automotive background beneficial
