Safran UK is seeking a HR Analyst to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 6-month contract.

This role focuses on building visibility and efficiency of hiring across the UK, with hybrid working.

You will develop internal data reporting (Power BI) and provide external market intelligence to keep Safran competitive, while partnering with TA and HR leadership to turn insights into hiring strategies.
