Your Role:
Join our Manufacturing Engineering team and play a key role in supporting new product introduction, process improvement, and production operations. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, quality, and delivery performance while helping drive lean manufacturing and digitalisation initiatives across the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support new product introductions and production activities.
- Assist with process improvement and cost reduction projects.
- Contribute to equipment and tooling development initiatives.
- Participate in design reviews and continuous improvement activities.
- Support PFMEAs, process validation, and PPAP activities.
- Assist with root cause investigations and problem-solving exercises.
- Track project progress and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Drive quality, efficiency, and lead-time improvements using lean principles.
- Support non-conformance activities and rework instruction creation.
- Help implement digital and paperless manufacturing solutions.

What You'll Bring:
- Experience applying lean manufacturing principles.
- Ability to produce clear and accurate technical documentation.
- Knowledge of CATIA V5 or equivalent CAD software.
- Familiarity with 3DEXPERIENCE/DELMIA (Dassault Systèmes).
- Understanding of HSE and ergonomic requirements.
- Knowledge of Flow Line and Pulse Line production methodologies.
