Your Role:

  • Manage Daily & Weekly work plan on ERP System (Enterprise resource planning and specific to logistics & warehouse)
  • Adherence to Stock Management Systems through accurate administration on ERP System
  • Assist with daily physical picking & kitting requirements, including material movement on ERP System
  • Adhere to the management of SLED (shelf life expire date) controlled materials through ERP system
  • Adhere to Cycle Count Targets, with physical counting and processing on ERP system
  • Support team with 5S project
  • Build and maintain relationships with key internal customers
  • Full adherence to Quality & HSE policies and procedures

What You'll Bring:

  • IT understanding in ERP systems and MS office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Unloading daily deliveries
  • Processing goods receipted in line with the goods receipt procedure on ERP system
  • Storage of parts in designated locations using lifting equipment as applicable
  • Processing movements of goods using ERP system
  • Cutting of raw material bars into smaller bars and billets and electronically issuing material on ERP system (when required)
  • Physical & electronically kitting and issuing of raw material to machine shop, in accordance with procedure
  • Put away and issuing of parts - maintaining correct stock levels in the correct locations, physically and electronically
  • Packing and Unpacking of engines and modules (when required)
  • Experience of working within a Warehouse / Stores and Logistics environment advantageous
